2. Returns & Cancellations

• Policy for made-to-order canoes - Full refund on $500 deposit within one week. No refund on full purchase.

• Policy for in-stock canoes - Returns within 10 days if unused.

3. Payment & Deposits

• Payment method - e-transfer, credit card

• $500 deposit to begin work

• Full payment due upon completion of work.

4. Build Timeline & Delays

• Approx 6 weeks build time.

• Paddle and Hum will notify you as able if delays are expected.

5. Pickup & Delivery

• Pick up available at 19 Cranlea Path Winnipeg MB.

• Free delivery within City of Winnipeg limits.

• Customer can contact us for delivery options.

6. Storage/Maintenance

• Good: outdoors Better: out of sun and rain Best: indoors

• No maintenance required.
