Highlights

SMALL AND LIGHT

Designed for solo paddlers who want to explore without the weight, size and bulk of a traditional canoe.

Easy to carry and load

Weighing similar to a gallon of paint, the dreaded portage becomes more like a walk in the park. Load with ease even when adventure weary. It can even be carried one-handed while cycling!

Made to fit

Measuring only about 2 paddles long, truck beds, SUV's and even the roof of Grandma's Corolla can handle one or more!

Roomy

With about 15 cubic feet of space, wanigans (translation: food barrels) backpacks, dogs, tents, drybags, etc. all find their place for the upcoming adventure.

Fun to paddle

With it’s small size, our canoe can help take you closer to the shore, deeper into bays, and nearer to those skittish Painted Turtles that are quietly eyeing you.

Paddle side-by-side

No more conversations with the back-side of the bow paddler! You can now speak across the water to your paddle partner.

Offers unique exploring

It’s like wearing slippers instead of skis - you can go a lot more places when you’re smaller.

Features

Person wearing a red shirt carrying a blue canoe overhead outside.

Carrying Loop

During out-of-water experiences, your faithful paddle can be carried safely and out of the way in the stern loop.

Free Hanging Seat

If you're a kneeling paddler, the seat can lift to free your feet in an upset and also works as a portage pad for your head.

Durable Construction

Six layers of 6 oz fiberglass cloth form the bottom of the hull. Double hemlock inwales, from which the seat is hung, along with oak decks and outwales, tie it all together.

Stability

"But will it tip easy," you ask? All canoes will tip at some point, but the 33" beam (translation: width) increases stability. The design has been field tested in many environments and will even handle broadside waves. It’s all in the hips…

Floatation

You may notice there are no floatation compartments fore or aft (translation: front or back) as the canoe will surface eventually and therefore should not be relied upon as a life saving device.

Make it your own.
